Gabrielle McMahon

Gabrielle coaches and inspires people at a turning point in their lives. Using mindfulness and meditation, she helps reduce stress levels, showing you how to be kinder to yourself so you can live life with greater clarity and an increased sense of calm.

A fully certified meditation and mindfulness teacher, Gabrielle is also qualified to teach Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). She has studied under Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield and is currently an Insight Dharma teacher trainee.

Over the years, Gabrielle has sat more than eighteen silent meditation retreats, the longest being one month.

She is a qualified 300-hour yoga teacher, public speaker, and wellness writer.

Gabrielle loves to cuddle her Italian greyhound, play in the surf, write poetry, and spend as much time as she can with her extended family. She lives in Byron Bay, Australia.
