Brad Hay

Brad Hay is an Ayurvedic Specialist and a leading Senior Yoga & Meditation Teacher in the Himalayan Masters Lineage.  Brad is renowned for his laid back, down to earth yet charismatic attitude as he manages to make these ancient, powerful, and mystical traditions feel light, relatable, and easy to understand for the modern student, practitioner, or teacher.   

With a professional teaching career stretching over 23 years Brad specialises in the integration of the sister sciences, Ayurveda and Tantric Yoga and is esteemed across the globe for his in-depth yet practical and accessible trainings and workshops.
Native to Australia Brad also spent 18 years living in the USA where he studied with the world’s leading teachers and schools in the ancient arts. In 2011 He graduated from the Californian College of Ayurveda, one of the wests leading and most recognised schools and is now a professional member of NAMA, the National Ayurvedic Medical Association. Brad has owned and directed two Ayurvedic & Yoga Centres in the USA and has worked as a House Practitioner and teacher at
renowned centres in Sri Lanka and Indonesia.

In 2003 Brad completed Yoga Arts world renowned 9 month 1200hr full time training in Byron Bay. In 2007 he met Rod Stryker, founder of ParaYoga, one of the Wests leading Traditional Tantric Yoga Schools and began a 15 year long, extensive
studentship and collaboration with the organisation. He completed the ParaYoga Master Training in 2014 and was one of the organisations leading, senior teachers and one of only 6 Senior Certified Level 3 ParaYoga Teachers in the world. \

Brad currently runs his own school, “Inner Revolution”, and offers Ayurveda & Tantra Yoga teacher trainings, workshops, intensives, retreats, and consultations both\ online around the world. He is now based back in the Byron Bay Shire, NSW
Australia with his wife Mia and daughter Ayla.
