After earning a degree in Computer Science Engineering and working as a software engineer, Selin’s life took a profound turn when she discovered hypnosis at a self-development festival in 2013. During a group session, she experienced a deep emotional release that helped her process a traumatic childhood memory—an experience that would forever change her path.
Inspired by the powerful transformation she experienced, Selin began formal studies in hypnotherapy in 2016. Through her case studies, she uncovered her true passion: helping others heal through the subconscious mind. Her clients’ remarkable feedback affirmed her purpose—her ikigai—and ignited a lifelong dedication to the study of the mind.
Since 2018, Selin has worked with clients professionally, blending her analytical precision with an intuitive, heart-centred approach. Ever the curious learner (and self-proclaimed nerd), she continues to refine her practice with the latest research and modalities, most recently completing The Grace Method Hypnotherapy School in 2024.
Selin embodies the principles she teaches—she meditates daily, practises yoga, dances tango, and spends time by the ocean. She regularly receives hypnotherapy sessions and self-hypnotises daily, continually testing and refining the tools she shares with others.
Through hypnotherapy, she has personally overcome childhood trauma, conquered her fear of driving, strengthened her confidence, improved her public speaking, quit sugar, and opened the door to new opportunities and growth.
