Most of my working life I have worked with people with mental & intellectual disabilities. As well as frail aged people within the Community Welfare Sector. For 15 years I worked in gyms as a fitness instructor, also working on cruise ships as a Personal Trainer. I studied laughter yoga in India & have been running Laughter yoga group in nursing homes & the community for over 15 year. In 2015 I studied yoga & yoga Therapy in India as well as studying yoga in Australia. Currently I facilitate laughter yoga, gentle yoga & aerial yoga classes as well as chair classes for seniors. I am passionate about all forms of yoga because I reap the physical, mental, emotional & spiritual benefits. Furthermore, I am also passionate about empowering people to be the best version of their selves.
