Colourful, philosophically introspective, and occasionally cheeky, Eva brings a heartfelt connection and evident gratitude to her practice, which has a tendency of rubbing off.

With her extensive training under some of the yoga world’s most respected teachers, Eva brings a level of depth and experience that inspires everyone she meets. She’s not just here to teach poses but to guide a practice of inquiry, discernment, and evolution—encouraging all of us to dive a bit deeper, breathe a little fuller, and maybe, just maybe, hold that warrior pose a few seconds longer.

Specialising in Vinyasa and Yin, Eva’s flows weave through creative sequencing, dynamic movements, long holds and balance transitions. She emphasises precise alignment and integrates self-created sound or mantra with breath to deepen the mind body connection.

Her offerings are ceremonial journeys —an opportunity to connect deeply with oneself through the silent language of observation.
