Join Monika as she shares an alternative and empowering framework for viewing certain psychological crises as developmentally healthy.  This talk will provide a roadmap for alternative ways of understanding and working with extreme psychological states, specifically, seeing these experiences as a reorganisation of the psyche, recognising the spiritual content in these experiences and finding ways to support people in a holistic and empowering way.
