Nadi James

Nadi James

Nadi is a multi-modality facilitator and practitioner based in Melbourne who creates spaces that combine warmth, relatability, and depth with the capacity to facilitate meaningful transformation.

Working across the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual dimensions of wellbeing, she currently practises as a Naturopath and Kinesiologist while also teaching breathwork and yoga in both private and group settings. With more than two decades of personal yoga practice and over eight years of teaching nationally and internationally, she draws on a broad range of traditions to create experiences that invite genuine self-inquiry rather than self-improvement.

Her work is trauma-informed and consciously facilitated, weaving together temple arts, shamanic practice, Eastern and Western philosophy, breathwork, and embodied inquiry. Rather than offering quick fixes or spiritual performance, Nadi creates spaces that encourage people to trust their own inner authority, expand their capacity, and reconnect with the parts of themselves that have always known the way.

She is deeply passionate about weaving spirit and science together, recognising that this integration has the capacity not only to enhance clinical outcomes but, more importantly, to create genuine and lasting change. Whether in the clinic or the practice space, her work is centred on helping people cultivate the awareness, resilience, and self-trust that allows transformation to extend far beyond the session itself. Alongside her naturopathic and kinesiology practice, Nadi currently offers connected breathwork, Himalayan Kundalini Kriya, meditation, and yoga throughout Melbourne’s inner north in both studio and one-to-one settings.

Over the past eight years, Nadi has curated retreats, workshops, trainings, and community experiences recognised for their depth, creativity, and integrity. Those who have worked with her often speak not only of feeling deeply held, but of the intention, care, and thoughtfulness woven into every element of the spaces she creates.
